Independent Research Shows

Independent research into Creative Relaxation by Redbridge’s Educational Psychologists measured the impact of Creative Relaxation on 49 staff from 22 Redbridge schools using nationally recognised tests for anxiety and depression. The results showed a 50%+ improvement in depression and material improvements in state and trait anxiety. In short, Creative Relaxation really helped which is great when you consider that the Government have recognised teaching as the second most stressful profession after nursing and also that teachers are such great influencers in the lives of children.
