Pupil Training – consists of six one-hour sessions spread over six consecutive weeks. These sessions will be delivered by the classroom teacher who has completed both the Introductory and Teacher Training and who will guide the children in their daily practice between sessions.
Over the course of the six week training we recommend that the whole class practices together at least twice a day , for example first thing in the morning, and again immediately after lunch. Once the training is complete the teacher can use the short form of the technique throughout the day, or the longer form when its feels appropriate, in preparation for exams, performances, or as an intervention with individual children.
